We offer different types of hand-guided designs:
--Pantographs (Artist Designed Patterns) We have over 110 to choose from! These designs are stitched over the whole quilt and can be very simple or very detailed. The patterns are designed by artists and printed on a 12' roll of paper. As I "trace over" the designs using a laser beam to guide me, the design is sewn onto the quilt. Truly beautiful! Designs include feathers, flowers, Asian motifs, geometric, leaves, holiday themes and many others.
--Custom work: Blocks, Sashing, & Borders.
Custom quilting includes separate designs within the quilt- unique designs for blocks, background and borders. This could include feathers, flowered blocks, and specialty borders. This is the most labor-intensive form of quilting, involving designing the elements, then marking the quilt, and stitching each element one at a time.
